BEFORE ME the undersigned personally appeared PAUL A. PAOLETTI, who
first being duly sworn on oath deposes and says as follows:
1. Affiant is the owner of the following described property:
Lot 12, Block 62, RIVER PARK, UNIT 7, according to '
the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 41 - '
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Affiant was married to BEVERLY JUNE PAOLETTI from -
October 4, 1947 to November 9, 1973, at which time -
their marriage was legally dissolved.
3. Affiant further states that said property does not now and
never has constituted their homestead, is not now and never
has been contiguous to their homestead.
4. Affiant knows one MARIE E. FIORINI a/k/a MARIE E. FIORINI
PAOLETTI, and affiant has never been married to said
individual, has never cohabitated together as husband and
wife, never held themselves out to be husband and wife
and never have had an agreement to marry.
Further affiant sayeth not.
