MEMORANDUM OF PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
On the 25 day of June 19 79 , KENT DEVELOPMENT, LTD., a
Florida limited partnership, executed a mortgage to HAMPSTAD MORTGAGE GORPORATION
LTD., an Alberta corporation, whose address is 509 Plaza Level, Capital Square
Building, Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, which mortgage is recorded in
Official Records Book 312 at Page 244 of_the Official Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and encumbers property located in that County
legally described as follows: -
Lot 6 in Block 2, PORT ST. LUCIE INDUSTRIAL PARK,
UNIT ONE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 16, Paae 27, 27A-27F of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
