TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard ex parte upon the Verified.
Complaint of the Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, and
the Court finding that injury will result if an immediate remedy is
not afforded, it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Defendants, ART:~UR SCOTT, JR., and GERALDINE SCOTT are
hereby enjoined and restrained from withdrawing Certificate of Deposit
No. 3499 ffi6 from FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION pending t
further order of this Court.

3. That Defendant, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AIv'D LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF FORT PIERCE, is hereby enjoined and restrained f ram paying to the
Defendants, ARTh'UR SCOTT, JR. and GERALDINE SCOTT. the Certificate of
Deposit No. 3499826 in the amount of $25,000.00 until further order of
this Court.
4. That Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, shall
give bond in the amount of S ~ conditioned for the payment ~ ?
of such costs and damages as may be incurred or suffered. by any party
who is wrongfully enjoined.
