.THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Defendant's
Motion to Stay Execution and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Plaintiff shall answer the Defendant's
petition within ZO days;
2. That the Petition to Stay Execution shall be F
set for trial on the non-jury trial docket commencing
November 28, 1979, at 9:30 AM in the St. Lucie County
Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida.
