THIS CAUSE came before the Court on October 22, 1979,
upon Plaintiff's Motion to Ar?iend. The Court, after hearirtg
argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion is hereby
granted and Defendants shall 'nave 20 days within which to answer;
otherwise the original Answer shall stand over.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie
