THIS CAUSE having dome on to be heard on October 22 , 197 9,
upon Defendants' Motion to Consolidate as well as Defendants'

separate Motions to Dismiss, and this Court having considered
the merits of said motions, having provided counsel of record

the opportunity to present arguments in support of their
respective positions, and having otherwise been fully advised
t
g in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion to
Consolidate is hereby granted, and that from this date forward
the respective cases of MARI-ANNE SPINELLI and PATRICIA GULLEMANN
and JAMES RICHARD GULLEMANN, her husband, as against JAMES
ARMSTRONG and LUMBERMENS MUTUALL CASUALTY COMPANY, are hereby
consolidated into one lawsuit, said cause to be identified as
case number 79-339 CA.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the separate '

Motions to Dismiss previously filed herein in connection with
each case are hereby granted upon the basis of paragraphs ~
two and three as pertains to the Mari-Anne Spinelli case
