To Dismiss Counter-Claim and the Court. having heard the argument of
counsel for the Plaintiff and Defendant, ROP7ALD A. FISHER, and the Court
being further fully advised of the premises therein, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion To Dismiss Counter-
Claim is denied. Plaintiff is granted twenty (20) days from the date
of this Order to file a responsive pleading to the Counter-Clairt in
question.
