This cause, having come on to be heard upon petition to
appoint an elisor, and this court having reviewed the file
in this matter, finds that such an appointment is necessary
and just. It is, therefore
.ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Ray Sais, and/or any of his
agents of Intercounty Subpoena and Investigative Agency be
and is hereby appointed as elisor for service of process upon
the Defendant, RUSSELL E. HINES, in this cause.
