KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, MA Y

BROOKER, of the County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling
all Wills and Codicils thereto heretofore by me made.

FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative, ~
~ hereinafter named, to pay my funeral expenses and just

ii debts, except any debts secured by mortgage or barred ~

~ by any rule of law, and estate, inheritance or succesion

taxes which may be levied or assessed upon any of the
pr_operty I may own at the time of my death.
i~ SECOND: I give, bequeath and devise all of my
i estate, of whatsoever kind, real or personal, or wheresoever

perish in a common disaster or under such circumstances
