Petitioner, JEAN I. REGISTER, as Guardian of CINDY L.
REGISTER, KERRI L. REGISTER and KRISTI L. REGISTER, incompe- #
tent because of minority, respectfully alleges:
1. That the above-named wards have an interest amount-

ing to a remainder interest in certain homestead property in ~
which the Petitioner individually has a life estate; said

property being described as follows: 4
The North 80' of the South 150' of the East
171.2' of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE
1/4 of the. NE 1/4 of Section 9,Township 36
South,Range 40 East less the East 33' far road
right of way.
The North 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of ~
the NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East,-less the West 264 feet AND
less the South 150' of the East '.71.2' A'~D ~
less the road right~of way, all in St.Lucie ~
~ County, Florida.
i 2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and
necessary to sell the property described above because the
expenses of the above-described property are more than can
be borne by the Petitioner and the offers which the
. Petitioner has had for the property are more than reasonable. }
~ 3. Petitioner desires to sell the property at private
sales on the terms shown on the Contract attached hereto as

Exhibit A and Exhibit B. ~

WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that an Order be entered
authorizing her to sell the properties shown above on the
terms and conditions set forth in this Petition.
