ORDER OF SALE
The Petition of JEAN I. REGISTER for an Order Authorizing
Sale of certain property in which the wards of this Guardian-
ship have some interest in the remainder of said property;
and it appearing to the Court that it is.in the best interest
of the wards for the property to be sold and that notice of
the Petition for Order Authorizing Sale is not deemed
necessary nor desirable; and the Court being fully advised,
it is
ADJUDGED that the Guardian is authorized to sell the
following described property in which the wards have a re- a
~mainder interest:
PARCEL 1: The North 80' of the South 150' !
of the East 171.2' of the N 1/2 of the SE
1/4 of the NE 1/4 of .the NE 1/4 of Section
9, Township 36 South,Range 40 East less the
East 33' for road right of way.
~ PARCEL 2: The North 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the
t NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 9,Township
36 South,Range 40 East less the West 264 feet
AND less the South 150' of the East 171.2'
AND less the road right of way, all in St.
Lucie County, Florida.
The terms of the sale shall be as follows:

PARCEL ONE: Purchase Price $1,000.00 to be paid at
closing;
PARCEL TWO: Purchase Price of $22,000.00, $4,000.00 to I

be paid at closing and a First Mortgage in favor of Petitione

for the amount of $18,000.00 payable annually over a period
of ten years bearing interest at the rate of eight percent
per annum. '
