IT IS ADJUDGED THAT:
1. The guardian, personal representative, counsel of record, and
all interested parties shall have up to and including Novp!~er 20, 1979
in which to show good cause in writing why this proceeding should not be
terminated and the file closed for lack of action; said showing of good
cause to be in writing and filed in this proceeding on or before said
date with copies furnished parties and counsel listed below.
2. If a showing of good cause is filed and served as provided in
paragraph 1, a hearing to determine whether or not this p ceeding should

3. If within the time specified in paragraph 1 no showing of good
cause is filed and no person has come forward to terminate properly and -

without further order of this court; - ~

a. This proceeding shall be considered terminated; ~
b. This case file shall be deemed closed; and
c. Any letters of administration, guardianship previously
issued herein shall stand revoked and be of no further
force and 'effect.
