AMENDED ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of JOHN (JACK) SORENSEN for Summary Admin-
istration of the estate of HARRY J. SCHULTZ, deceased, the court
finding that the decedent died on the 2nd day of August, 1979; ~

that all interested persons have been served proper notice of
this hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that waivers and
consents have been filed herewith and are attached hereto; that
the material allegations of the petition are true; and that an
Amended Order of Summary Administration should be entered,~it is
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the 1969
Dodge 4 Door Sedan, 6 cylinders, Identification LL41B9B254684,
Title No. 3385386, to the St. Lucie County Humane Society, and
ADJUDGED FURTHER that there be immediate distribution of -
the assets of the decedent as follows: that JOHN (JACK) SORENSEN
receive all assets of the decedent in order to pay any-existing
~ debts and expenses of the decedent, and, after expenses have

been paid, he will distribute one-quarter (1/4) of the rest and
residue. to:
