The Petition of GEORGE MERCADER, alleges:
1. Fred M. Karger, a/k/a Fred Karger, late of Los Angeles !
County, California, died on August 5, 1979, leaving a Last Will
and Testament dated February 21, 1969, and one Codicil thereto
dated October 8, 1970, which was duly proved and admitted to i
probate and record in the Superior Court of the State of California
in and for Los Angeles County, a Court of probate jurisdiction,
on September 28, 1979.
2. The decedent died owning the following described real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Blocks 43, 44 and 45, of AEL-AIR GROVES, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14,
page 11 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;

said real property is the only property situate in the State of

Florida owned by the non-resident decedent, Fred M. Karger, a/k/a
Fred Karger. i
3. Petitioner is the duly appointed and acting domiciliary
personal representative of the Estate of Fred M. Karger, a/k/a
Fred Karger, deceased.
4. The decedent's will and codicil thereto complies with the

laws of the State of Florida as to form and manner of execution,
i
i
and devises the real property above described, which 'is in the s
process of being sold pursuant to the terms and provisions of an
agreement signed by the decedent during his lifetime on December 28,

1977 and an extension of said agreement similarly signed by the !
decedent on April 19, 1979. ~
