Karger, a/k/a Fred Karger, late of Los Angeles ! County, California, died on August 5, 1979, leaving a Last Will and Testament dated February 21, 1969, and one Codicil thereto dated October 8, 1970, which was duly proved and admitted to i probate and record in the Superior Court of the State of California in and for Los Angeles County, a Court of probate jurisdiction, on September 28, 1979. 2. The decedent died owning the following described real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida: Blocks 43, 44 and 45, of AEL-AIR GROVES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 11 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; f said real property is the only property situate in the State of ~ F Florida owned by the non-resident decedent, Fred M. Karger, a/k/a Fred Karger. i 3. Petitioner is the duly appointed and acting domiciliary personal representative of the Estate of Fred M. Karger, a/k/a Fred Karger, deceased. 4. The decedent's will and codicil thereto complies with the i laws of the State of Florida as to form and manner of execution, i i and devises the real property above described, which 'is in the s process of being sold pursuant to the terms and provisions of an agreement signed by the decedent during his lifetime on December 28, ~ ~ 1977 and an extension of said agreement similarly signed by the ! decedent on April 19, 1979. ~ FEE.
