5. Duly authenticated copies of the Last Will and Testament,
Codicil, Petition for Probate, Order for Probate, and Letters, are ~
filed with this Petition.
6. It is necessary that an ancillary personal representative
be appointed in St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays this Court enter its order z

admitting the probated fereic~n~wi11 to record in this Court and
further prays this Court issue Ancillary Letters of Administration
to SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, pursuant to the election of those
interested in the decedent's estate appended hereto.
UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
