desire of said guardian or adult Beneficiary to

Trustee and designating the Corporate Trustee
selected. Upon the approval of the new Corporate
Trustee by the Corporate Trustee then serving
(w:tiiclt approval shall not be unreasonably with-
held), and upon securing the approval of such
tr.•~n sfer and substitution by a court of competent
~uriscliction to the extent tl~t~t such approval may
