divide~~ds or distribution of corporate assets.
It. If the Trustee deems that the net income
payable from o Trust is not sufficient to provide
for the proper and rea3onable support, maintenance,
rcasonr~blc educt+tion (including university or
graduate schools) and ~oedical atoe ntion of the '
liciief iciary of such Trust, and taking into con-
sideration the other income and financial resources
of such Beneficiary, it shall be the discretionary {
duty of the Trustee as c~L-ten as he deems necessary, i
to pay or to apply for the use Ind benefit of
such Beneficiary, such auditional part up to and
inclu~li.a~~ the whole thereof, of the principal of E
said Beneficiary's respective Trust.
5. t;nless specifically limited, all discretions
conferred upon the Trustee shall be absolute, and its exercise
conclusive on icll persons interested in the Trust. The
enumeration of certain powers of the Trustee shall not limit
its general powers, the Trustee being vested with and hav-
ing'all tl~e rights, power and privileges with relation to
the 'Trust Estate a3 could be exercised and executed by an
individual holding and owning the same property in absolute
