In making the payments provided for in
Paragraph 3 shove, the Trustee mr~y pay more to, or apply
more for one Rrneficiary than the other, and may make pay-
ments to or application of benefits i:~r one Beneficiary
to the exclusion.vf L'he other Beneficiar}•. Any net income
not distributed shall be accumulated and added to the
principal. •
13. Provided my mother, ANN~~ 1GIRGER, shall be
deceased at taz~ time of my death, or provided my mother
shall survive me, then, upon the death of my said mother,
subject to the provisions hereinafter contained relative
to the termination of this Trust and the provisions for
distribution of principal, the. nit income available for
