WHEREAS, FRED M. KARGER, a/k/a Fred Karger, a resident of~

Los Angeles County, State of California, died on August 5, 1979,
owning assets in the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking
corporation having trust powers, has been appointed ancillary
personal representative of the estate of the decedent and has 3
perforried all acts prerequisite of issuance of ancillary letters
of administration in the estate."
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge, declare
SUN BAtdK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY to be duly qualified under the laws -
of the State of Florida to act as ancillary personal representative

of the estate"of Fred M. Karger, a/k/a Fred Karger, deceased,.with ~
~j full power to administer the estate according to law; to ask, demand, ~

j sue for, recover and receive the property of the decedent; to pay r

the debts of the decedent as far as the assets of the estate will
permit and the law directs; and to make distribution of the estate ~
