TRUSTEE'S DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this the ~~-day of October, 1979
between THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA of the State of Georgia, County of
Fulton, duly constituted Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of L. V. Simons,
deceased, late of Allendale County, in the State of South Carolina, party of the
first part, and Robert A. Kelly and Julie R. Ke11y, his wife, of the State of
Florida and County of St. Lucie, party of the second part.
c WITNESSETH: That pursuant to and in conformity with the pavers and authority
