by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, eonveya and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain Land
of which the mortgagor is now seised and to possession situate in St , Lucie County,
Florida, viz: Lot 33, of Sheraton Plaza, Unit ~1, according to. the plat
thereof as recorded in plat book X14 at page 32, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS
COVENANT AND AGREE THAT
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the due date
the payments called for in the first mortgage now encumbering
this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its office or some
other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE
HEREIN acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage
and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel form
provided for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
(2) This is a purchase money second mortgage.
