The undersigned hereby makes this sworn Affidavit in .
accordance with 713.07(4) of the Florida Statute and states:
1. It is the intention of the undersigned owner to re-
commence construction on the following described property located
in St.Lucie County, Florida:

Lot ll,Block 724, Section Eighteen, PORT ST.LUCIE ,i
according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 13,Pages
17 and 17A throughh 17K of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. ~
2. All lienors giving notice have been paid in full except
those listed hereunder, the propriety of said liens being question- t
able in each case:

3. The lien of Stuart Paint & Supply,Inc. in the amount of i
$5,134.91 filed July 26,1979 and recorded in O.R.Book 313,Page 1259
of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,Florida has in fact been }
li satisfied but said Lienor has refused to deliver the original
satisfaction of lien to the undersigned.

4. The undersigned has filed his Notice of Recommencement '
on October 23,1979 and it has been recorded in O.R.Eook 318 at

Page 2931 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,Florida.
5. Unless the above-described lienors record a Claim of Lien
within thirty(30) days after the recording of this Affidavit, then
the rights of any person acquiring any interests, lien or en- _
cumbrance on said property or of any lienor on the recommenced,
construction shall be paramount.to any lien on the prior construction.
6. Further Affiant sayeth naught.
