DISCHARGE OF COLLATERAL PLEDGE
RE: BEL-AIR GROVES, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 14, page 11, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
WHEREAS, by Assignment of Mortgage dated March 26, 1968, recorded
in O. R. Book 171 at pages 275-278, inclusive, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, individually,
and as Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of B. A. Brown, deceased,
et al., assigned unto First National Bank of Fort Pierce, Fort Pierce,
Florida, those certain mortgages more particularly set forth in said
Assignment as collateral; and
WHEREAS, the indebtedness collateralized by said assignment of
mortgage and recited therein has been paid; and .
WHEREAS, said mortgages have since been paid off by the mortgagors
and satisfied by the original mortgagee, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE,
indivudally and as Trustee aforesaid; and
WHEREAS, First National Bank of Fort Pierce no longer holds as
collateral or claims any right, title or interest in and to said
mortgages as now satisfied,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF FORT PIERCE hereby releases and disclaims any right, title
or interest in and to said mortgages as assigned in 0. R. Book 171 _
at pages 275-278 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and acknowledges the effectiveness of the satisfactions of said
mortgages appearing among the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
