BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
JOSEPH G. MILLER, who after being duly sworn, did depose and
say:
1. That his name is Joseph G. Miller; that Affiant is
making this Affidavit under the provisions of Florida Statute
865.09. - {
2. That affiant is engaged in business under the
fictitious name of TURTLE BEACH APARTMENTS and the extent of ,
his interest in said business is as follows:

3. That he has caused to be advertised once a week for
four consecutive weeks in the News Tribune notice of his intention
to register the above fictitious name with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. Proof of publication
of such notice by the publisher of the News Tribune is attached
hereto and by reference made apart hereof, and further affiant
sayeth not.
