THIS CAUSE came on for hearing of Hotian for Enforcement this October
19, 1979, and upon stipulation of the parties that child support shall cease as
of October 1, 1979, when Jeffreq J. Sardella entered the Armed Service of the
United States. Agreed that there is an arrearage of $408.00 due, owing and un-
paid and that said failure is not wi12fu1. .The Petitioner NORMA A. HOCKl~AN is
entitled to said sums and a coaanon-law judgment for $408.00 is hereby granted
for which let execution issue.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
