40 East, as shown in that certain Warranty Deed, dated December
20, 1956, and filed of record December 2I, 1956, in Deed Book 222,
Page 317 of St. Lucie County, Florida; which the said grantees
in unison with the other lot owners, agrees to maintain said pri-
vate roadways over which the easement is granted.
