THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 22nd day of October,
A.D. 1979, upon the Motion from BRPD CULVERHOUSE, ATTORNEY AT LAW,
~CHARZERED, to withdraw as the attorney for JOHN DIEHL and LOUISE H.
DIEHL, his wife, and the Court having examined the Motion, and
finding that copies of the Motion To Withdraw and Notice Of Hearing

on said Motion were timely mailed to JOHN DIEHL and LOUISE H. DIEHL,
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
•l. That the Motion of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, ATTORNEY AT LAW,

CHARTERED, to withdraw as the attorney for JOHN DIEHL and LOUISE H.
DIEHL in the above cause, be, and is hereby ordered granted and it,
be, and is hereby further ordered that BRAD CULVERHOUSE, ATTORNEY AT
LAW, CHARTERED, is permitted to withdraw as the attorney for JOHN
DIEHL and LOUISE H. DIEHL effective upon the date of the rendition
of this Order. It, be, and is hereby further ordered that JOHN
DIEHL and LOUISE H. DIEHL shall have thirty (30) days from and after
the date of the execution of this Order by the Court within which time
to obtain the services of another attorney to represent them in this
cause and for said attorney within said time period to file a Notice
