hereby further ordered that the Plaintiff may proceed with the
prosecution of this action after said thirty (30) day period re-
gardless of whether or not the Defendants, JOHN DIEHL and LOUISE
H. DIEHL have obtained the services of an attorney to represent
them within said thirty (30) day period.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of October, A.D. 1979,
at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
