This action was tried before the Court on the 26th day
f October, 1979. Upon the evidence presented, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment be, and the same is
ereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, THOMAS HALLIGAN, and
gainst the Defendant, WALTER NITZ, for compensatory damages in
he amount of $9,273.00 and punitive damages in the amount of
25,000.00, together with costs which are hereby taxed in tie amount
f $47.10, for all of which let execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
