O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the plaintiff's, :Motion
for Protective Order, the court having heard the argument of respective
counsel for the parties and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED;
1. The Motion for Protective Order as to producing the income '
i
tax returns for the year 1977 and 1978 of the plaintiff, PHILIP CARUANA
is hereby granted.
2. The plaintiff shall produce to the defendant on or before
thirty (30) days from the date of this order plaintiff's present net-
worth statement.
DONE and ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
