ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before the undersigned on October
23, 1979, upon the application of Alvin Layne and Alan Layne
to join as co-counsel for the Defendant, LARRY JORDAN, and, •
further, upon the Defendant's, LARRY JORDAN, Motion to Quash
Return of Service, and having heard argument of counsel, having
considered the affidavits of Gerald White and Larry Jordan,
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is accordingly
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The application of Alvin Layne and Alan Layne to
represent the Defendant, LARRY JORDAN, as co-counsel, is granted;.
f 2. The Motion of LARRY JORDAN to quash return of service
is granted and the Defendant shall have no duty to respond
s
~ further in this cause until such time as there has been good
and sufficient service over the person of the Defendant, LARRY
JORDAN.
