YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that suit has been instituted by
the above-named Plaintiffs, against the above-named Defendants, in the abov -
specified Court, involving the following described real property situated in
St. Lucie County, Florida described as:
Lot 2, Block 244, Port St. Lucie, Section 6, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 36A of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and also cover
Lot 25, Block 51, South Port St. Lucie, Section 6, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 14, 14A and 14B of
~ the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and also involving the following described real property situated in Martin
County, Florida, described as:
Lot 5, Block Coral Gardens Subdivision, Plat #2, according to the
Plat thereof- as recorded in Plat book 3, Page 29 of the Public Record
of Martin County, Florida.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiffs as to such property is th
satisfaction of the contractual obligations on the Defendants under the contrac
entered between the parties on February 17, 1979.
Please govern yourself accordingly.
