of St. Lucie County, Florida,

Lot 25, Block 51, South Port St. Lucie, Section 6, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 14, 14A and 14B of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and also involving the fol~o~ving described real property situated in Martin
County, Florida described as:
Lot 5, Block 7, Goral Gardens Sub3ivision, Plat ~2, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 29 of the Public Record
of Martin County, Florida.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiffs as to such p;operEy is th
satsifaction of the contractual obligations on the Defendants under the contrac
entered between the parties on March 23, 1979.
