BEFORE ME, an Officer duly authorized in the State and County aforesaid
to take acknowledgments, personally appeared ARIF PARUPIA, to me well known and
who, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is an escrow closer with LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION;
2. That YVONNE A. HEATH RANSOM, a married woman did convey title to the
following described real property:

Lot 7, Block 49, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT FIVE, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 11, Page S of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
to ROBERT A. ST. YVES by virtue of a Warranty Deed dated October 27, 1971, filed
^c~rber 29, 1971 and recorded in Official Records Book 196, Page 2082 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
3. That YVONNE A. HEATH RANSOM, a married woman was not residing on said
property at the time of said conveyance and that the property was not her homestead;
4. That he handled the transaction wherein ROBERT A. ST. YVES conveyed the
above-captioned property to JAMES R. DeBERRY III and JACQUELINE DeBERRY, his wife
by virtue of a Warranty Deed dated February 18, 1977, filed February 24, 1977 and
recorded~in Official Records Book 264, Page 947 of the Public Records of St. Lucie

County, Florida and does know of hfs owa personal knowledge that the said property
was not the homestead of the grantor, ROBERT A. ST. YVES and that the said ROBERT A.
~ ST. YVES was a single man at the time of the aforementioned conveyance.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
