ORDER
If any party wishes to have a deposition read by
the Panel prior Mediation Hearing they should make a written

of Filing of the deposition, whichever is later. -

Within ~ ~ days of a request to have j~ deposition
read by tre Panel, all parties will have tetr-~1$~ days within
j which to file objections to any part or all of the deposition
I requested to be read settiny forth the grounds therefore. Any

~ response to objections to depositions may be made within five
(5) days of receipt of the objections to depositions.
The Court will rule on any objections to depositions
without hearing unless the Court sua sponte notices a hearing.
Once the Court has ruled on the objections, the depositions
will be made available to the Panel members to read, with the
Panel members being instructed not to consider the portions to
which objections have been sustained.
