party of the first part, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed
executed by BILLY R. DE PRIEST AND BONNIB R. DB~PR3EST, his wife
to ADMINISTRATOR OF VETERAN'S AFFAIRS, an Officer of the United States of
America ,
bearing date the 12th day of Januarq A.D. 1977 recorded in

Circuit of St. Lucie County, State of Florida , securin a certa in note in the

hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage
deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled and hereby directs the Clerk of the -
said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record. -
