This matter coming on for trial before the undersigned Circuit
Judge, without a jury, on Wednesday, October 24, 1979 and on Thursday,
October 25, 1979 and concluding on Friday, October 26, 1979, and the
undersigned Circuit Court having heard and considered all of the
relevant evidence presented, and further having dictated my pertinent
findings of fact and conclusions into the record at the trial ofthis

~ cause, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That the Plaintiff, SOUTHEASTERN MUNICIPAL SUPPLY COMPANY,
INC., a corporation, have and recover from the Defendant, GORHAM
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Florida corporation, and the Defendant,
FIDELITY & DEPOSIT CO. OF MARYLAND, a foreign corporation, the
principal balance due upon its Complaint in the amount of Twenty-
Three Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Eight and 64/100 Dollars ($23,358.64),
along with service charges at $1.00 per montl: on that account from
the date of the ~ day of r 19~j .
2. That GORHAM CONSTR TI COMPANY, a Florida corporation,
have and recover from the Plaintiff and Counter Defendant, SOUTHEASTERN
MUNICIPAL SUPPLY COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation, the sum of
