The parties shall proceed to prosecute this cause in dus and regular course pending the Court's ruling on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute, and said further proceedings shall be without prejudice to determination of said Motion. 4. All other Motions pending and undisposed of shall be set down for Hearing before the Honorable Charles E. Smith, one of the Judges in this Circuit to whom this case is permanently assigned.
