WAIVER, JOINDER, AND CONSENT
The undersigned, DAISY KEGG BARRY, having an interest in the
above Estate to the extent of one-third (1/3), hereby joins in the
Amended Petition for Summary Administration filed herein, waives
service of any and all notices upon me in connection therewith, and
does hereby consent to the distribution of the assets of the Estate
in accordance with the Amended Petition filed herein.
