FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
surviving spouse. Petitioner's name and address are as set forth in
Paragraph 3, and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney are
as set forth at the end of this Petition..
2. Decedent, GEORGE I. KEGG, whose last known address was
5504 19th Street, Bradenton, Florida, whose age was 78 years, and
whose Social Security Humber was 312-22-4205, died on June 4, 1471,
at Sarasota, Sarasota County," Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in Manatee County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and"the
{ ages of any who are minors, are:
