decedent died domiciled in Manatee County, Florida.
6. The only asset in this Estate and its estimated value is
as follows:
Lot 22, Block A, WEST END ADDITION, as per
Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2, at
page 5, of the Public Records•of S~t. Lucie
County, Florida;
SUBJECT TO Articles of Agreement between
GEORGE I, KEGG and irIARY KEGG, his wife, and
EDGAR L. JONES and RUTH JONES, his wife,
dated September 6, 1960, and recorded in
Deed Book 262, at page 143, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County,_Florida. $8,900.00
7. The decedent has been dead for more than three (3) years.
8. The Estate is not indebted.
9. It is proposed that the asset of the decedent be distributed
or disposed of as follows:
To MARY KEGG, Box 36, Dunlo, Pennsylvania 15930,
as to an undivided fine-sixths (S/6) interest;
- and MARY ANN BELL, 2149 East Willis, Unit 34,
Detroit, Michigan 48207, as to an undivided one-
sixth (1/6) interest:
Lot 22, Block A, WEST END ADDITION, as per
Plat thereof on file in Flat Book 2, at
~~jQS36 page S, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;

10. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner
is unaware of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of decedent.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order of Summary
Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in
the Estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 9.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
