ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
AFTER DUE NOTICE by or to all parties affected on October
31, 1979, a Pre-Trial Conference was held in the above-captioned
matter. VINCENT A. LLOYD appeared on behalf of the Plaintiffs,
and submitted a Pre-Trial Statement and a Schedule of Exhibits;
Counsel for the Defendant, JOHN P. GRIER, was not present and
shall have ~_days from the date of this Order in which to
file a Pre-Trial Statement.
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

presented at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into
evidence without objection with the exception that all objections
for materiality and relevancy shall be reserved.
EXPERT WITNESSES: May be called out of turn by
either party.
WITNESSES: Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-
Trial Conference and names filed with the Clerk of the Court at
least "L- days prior to trial shall be permitted to testify,
except that the parties themselves and impeachment witnesses
may testify without being listed on the Pre-Trial Statement.
Either party may call any witness listed by any other party.
