STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL
The Plaintiffs, REVOLEE LETINGHAM and JOE LETINGHAM,
by and through their undersigned attorney, and the Defendants,
FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY and UNITED STATES FIDELITY ~
GUARANTY COMPANY, (hereinafter referred to as FP&L and
USF&G), by and through their undersigned attorneys, do hereby
stipulate that the Plaintiffs, REVOLEE LETINGHAM and JOE
LETINGHAM, shall dismiss their cause of action as stated in
their Complaint theretofore filed in the cause as to these
Defendants thereby dismissing all claims arising out of the
incident against the Defendants, FP&L and USFS~G only, with
preiudice. The parties shall bear their own costs.
By entering into this Stipulation, the Plaintiffs do not
intend in any way to dismiss any claims against the Defendant,
RON HARDY and RELIANCE INSURANCE COMPANY. The Plaintiffs and
Defendants recognize differences in their evaluations of the
liabilities and damages in this case and have decided to
settle their disputes for a .payment of Twenty Thousand Dollars
and 100($20,000 to the Plaintiffs.
