Based upon the foregoing Stipulation, it is
thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. All claims arising but of the incident in question
as recited in Plaintiffs' Complaint-are dismissed with prejudice
as to the Defendants, FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY and
UNITED STATES FIDELITY & GUARANTY COMPANY only. Thy parties
shall bear-their own costs.
2. The Plaintiffs' Complaint and any and all claims
arising out of the incident in question as to Defendants
RON HARDY & COMPANY and RELIANCE INSURANCE COMPANY remain
pending, subject to the provisions of Florida Statute 764.041
and 768.31, which entitle Defendants in this cause to a setoff
in the amount of settlement between Plaintiffs and Defendants,
FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY and UNITED STATES FIDELITY &
GUARANTY COMPANY.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida,
