sates of similar properties, the date of such sales, price, location, and other factors.

If acceptable, please sign your name (s) on Page 2 and return all twee pages within 30 days in the
enclosed envelope. This Letter, if countersigned by an authorzed representative of the United ~
States of America, within six months of its receipt will become a binding contract of purchase
and sale.
As soon as possible after we have received, approved and recorded your deed, you wiU receive t+
payment, including an allowance for your notary fees and appropriately adjusted for real property
tales. Any recording costs and transfer taxes will be paid directly to the county on your behalf
without expense tv you. -
It is understood that all terms and conditions of this contract are contained herein and that no ~1
verbal agreements shall be valid unless approved in writing by both you and the United States of j
America. This contract shall be binding upon your heirs, administrators. ebecutors, successors, and i
assigns. No member of or Delegate to Congress, or Resident Commissioner, shall be admi±*ed to ±
or share any part of this contract, o: any benefits that may a-ise therefrom. This offer may be
voided by the United States of America if it is not signed and returned within 30 days of the date
of this letter. }

easements for public roads and highways, public utilities, railroads, and pipelines, and rights, if any, -
of third parties in oil, gas and minerals, as excepted, reserved or conveyed in prior instruments of
record; and those rights outstanding in third parties that can be administratively waived. 1
