I, ANNA K. RAFFENSBERGER, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to be my Last WiII and Testament, he~eUy revoking all
former Wills and Codicils by me at any time made, and intending hereby
to devise and bequeath all of the property, both real and personal, of
which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at
the time of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows,
to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative, hereinafer named,
to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as it is practicable.
SECOND: I give and devise such of my tangible personal property
to those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at the
time of my death, which list is signed by me and which describes the
items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether
real. personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto my children,
i LENORE LARGENT, York Pennsylvania, and DONALD RAFFENSBERGER, in equal _

shares, share and share alike, to have and to hold unto themselves
absolutely and forever.
~ FOURTH: I hereby constitute and appoint my children, LENORE
LARGENT and DONALD RAFFENSBERGER, as co-Personal Representatives of
this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly confer upon them
power as such co-Personal Representatives to administer my estate,
excusing them from giving any bond or making any returns to any court.
I expressly confer upon my chidren full authority and power to sell and
convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private sale, with or
e° without notice, as they may deem best, and without order of court.

I authorize them to make good and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser
and to hold the proceeds of any sale for such use as they may deem best
for the interest of my estate. I further hereby expressly confer upon
them, as co-Personal Representatives herein, the authority and power
