to borrow money for the use of my said estate in any instance where
they may think it necessary and proper, and to secure the same by
mortgage, trust deed or other form of security to or upon any part
of my estate; this they may do without the order of any court.-
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed. my hand and seal,
and publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Tes-
tament, in the presence of the witnesses named hereinafter, on this

Seventy-Nine.

The foregoing instrument was subscribed by the said ANNA K.
RAFFENSBERGER, in our presence, and acknowledged by her to each of
us and she, at the same time, declared the foregoing instrument as
subscribed by her to be her Last Will and Testament, and we at her
'request, have signed our names as «itnesses thereunto, in her presence
and in the presence of each other, and have. written opposite Qur names
our respective places of residence, on the ~~day of June, 1979.
