PETITION TO ADMIT
PROBATED FOREIGN WILL TO RECORD
The petition of MAURICE W. HENDEL alleges:
1. JOHN MC GREEVY late of Providence County, Rhode. Island, died
on April 20, 1970, leaving a Last Will and Testament dated July 31, 1969 which was
duly proved and admitted to probate and recorded in the Pawtucket Probate Court,
State of Rhode Island, a court of probate jurisdication, on A4ay 13, 1970.
2. That the Will complies with the laws of Florida as to form and
manner of execution and devising real property in this County.
3. Duly authenticated copies of the Last Will and Testament, the
Petition for Probate, the Order Admitting Will to Probate, the Letters of
Administration, and the part of the domiciliary record that shows the names of the
devisees (or that the domiciliary record does not show the names of the devisees,
and an affidavit is filed herewith) under the Will are filed with this petition.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner asks for an order admitting the probated
foreign Will to record in this Court.
Under penalty of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing and
the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
