the 9th grade of school,) my trustees ~,re authorized and directed

~ to apply, in their discretion, such portion of the net income,

including the whole thereof, for and ors account of. such
educational expenses as shall be required for each of my said

grandchildren, whether or not it shall require that no income
shall be payable to my son, JOHN PAUL McGREEVY during such
period

~ 2. Upon the death of my son, JOHN PAUL McGREEVY, my

trustees are directed to pay over to my said grandchildren,
JOHN PATRICK McGREEVY, KEVIN TIMOTHY McGREEVY and THOMAS RALPH

McGREEVY in equal shares, per sti.rpes and not per capita, the

entire trust estate then remaining, together with any income
ji and other increments thereon, and thereupon said trust shall
