This cause came on for trial this date and the Court,
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Coizrt has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this sui~; that the relation of husband 4~ife now exists
between ttie parties and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE:
The marriage between GEORGE MICHAEL NARRON and
VIRGINIA ANN HARRON, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.

The property settlement agreFmenc (Stipulation)
Admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herHin b}- reference and
the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
III. RESTORATION OF DAME:
VIRGINIA ANN HARRON be and she is hereby authorized
to assume her former name of VIRGINIA ANN PETERMAtd and to use the same
